Legal
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 22, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Partylist. By creating an account or using the site, vendor portal, or related services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, keeping account information accurate, and all activity under your account.
3. Marketplace nature
Partylist connects hosts with event vendors. Availability, pricing, fulfillment, and service scope may vary by vendor and city. Hosts pay upfront when booking. Partylist deducts a standard 15% platform fee on completed bookings. There are no listing or monthly subscription fees.
4. Orders, wallet, and payouts
Orders are confirmed after successful payment. After a vendor marks an order complete, funds undergo a review window before crediting to the vendor wallet. Vendors may request a payout to a Canadian bank account once the wallet balance reaches $500, typically processed within 2–3 business days.
5. Cancellations
If a vendor declines an order within the 24-hour review window, the host is fully refunded. After acceptance, standard cancellation terms apply. Platform decisions in disputes follow internal policy and applicable law.
6. Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, commit fraud, upload malicious content, or violate laws or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, legal violations, or non-compliance.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Partylist is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
